Violette is a sweet little vintage style girl hand stitched from sparse German mohair with a natural coloured backing and soft lilac coloured pile. She is filled with a mix of stainless steel pellets, glass beads and pure Australian wool. Her arms are wired for gentle posing and she has sparkling black English glass eyes. Her face is softly airbrushed to accent her sweet features. Violette sits approx. 9cm/4.5" small, and is best displayed sitting down.
Violette wears a dress made of antique French cotton lace I found in a market in Paris, with a sash of soft lilac hand dyed silk ribbon. On her head she wears a flower crown of vintge velvet millinery flowers with pearly centres.
